Mead is very simple to make, but takes a bit of patience as it takes a minimum of two months. Those that don't already have a mead fermenting are more than welcome to bring braggots. As always; the public is welcome to join in and bring their meads and/or braggots or just partake in the tasting and judge. Only club members are eligible to win prizes however. |
